Opstify supported a large, nationwide healthcare organization (~$35B in annual revenue) through a critical phase of its foundational data and analytics transformation.

The organization operates across multiple, highly regulated lines of business, including Medicaid, Medicare, behavioral health, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and long-term services and supports (LTSS), with a footprint spanning numerous states and markets.

As the organization continued to scale through growth and complexity, leadership identified the need to strengthen foundational data capabilities to enable more consistent reporting, improved decision-making, and future-ready analytics.
